CERAMGEL kit is used of utilizing a 30% to 40% phosphoric acid gel to prepare both the enamel and the dentin for adhesive procedures. One of the greatest advantages of this kit is the ability to prepare enamel, dentin, and sclerotic dentin for bonding, resulting in high bond strengths.

CERAMGEL repair kit comes with two gel syringes 5ml each, Etching and Dam.
The Etching, is used for smear layer porcelain, and prepare it for bonding.
The dam is used for protecting hard and soft tissues of oral cavity from the acid.
CERAMGEL etching is based on hydrofluoric acid (HF) used for etching ceramics, glass, metal, etc...
CERAMGEL dam is based on sodium bicarbonate solution for neutralizing the acid from the etching.
The base of dam is organic poli-functional binding consists of inorganic oxides and pigments.
