Directions For Use:
Take the thermometer and clean it by washing with cold water. Place the tip of the thermometer under your tongue and keep your mouth closed for a while. the thermometer will make a beeping noise when the final reading is done. If you are keeping track, record the temperature and the time. Rinse thermometer in cold water before keeping it.
