A 50 cm strip of Stim Tuf floss should be wrapped around the fingers of both hands which are then inserted into the mouth.
The Floss should be placed in the gap between 2 teeth.
The interdental area concerned should be cleaned effectively with the floss (using a gentle to & fro motion).
