Used with success in egotism, with tetanic spasms and stiffness of the whole body, with mania. 
Marked action on head and eyes. Meningitis. Chronic intestinal toxemia. 
 
Used when there is brain irritation during dentition. The restlessness of a violent and convulsive nature. Formication with contraction of extremities.
 
Respiratory problems- when there is constructive feeling in the chest, with difficult breathing; a cough with tickling in the throat. Expectoration thick, yellow. Pain in left chest, sore to touch.
 
Fever- Alternation of coldness and heat. Scarlet fever, the eruption in spots, large and vivid.
